Kurt Baumeister has written for Salon, Rain Taxi, Electric Literature, Guernica, The Brooklyn Rail, Entropy, The Nervous Breakdown, The Rumpus, The Good Men Project, Literary Orphans, and others. He holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Emerson College and is a contributing editor at The Weeklings. “Review Microbrew,” his review column, is published by The Nervous Breakdown. His interview series “Six Ridiculous Questions” is published by Volume 1 Brooklyn. He is currently at work on a novel, the mythocomic crime fantasy The Book of Loki, and a hybrid collection of fiction, nonfiction, and poetry entitled Superman, the Seven Gods of Death, and the Need for Clean, Romantic Poetry.
